Inline Pureflow®

Inline Filter with 99.999999% Certified Bacterial Reduction

inline pureflow

The Inline PureFlow system is a high-efficiency microfiltration unit designed for installation as an inline or point-of-entry solution. It is engineered to reduce microbial contaminants in water, including Legionella pneumophila, Nontuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM), E. coli, Salmonella, and other waterborne bacteria.

Tested and certified to achieve up to 99.999999% (Log 8) bacterial reduction, the inline PureFlow system supports improved water quality across entire distribution lines in commercial, institutional, or residential settings.

Equipped with advanced ultra-filtration membranes in a pore size of 0.08 µm, our filters have been independently tested and certified to ASTM F838-2015ae, achieving Log 8 (99.999999%) bacterial reduction. In addition to this performance validation, our products are certified by IAPMO for NSF, ASSE, and the U.S. EPA (WaterSense), and have been tested in accordance with ASHRAE performance criteria.

They also meet European safety and compliance standards, including the EU Drinking Water Directive (2020/2184), DIN EN 16421 & DIN 58356, reflecting our commitment to global regulatory excellence.

Inline PureFlow is engineered for certified performance and long-term reliability. Each unit undergoes 100% testing to verify membrane integrity and leak-tight construction. Its durable design has been validated for resistance to temperature variations and chlorine exposure.

Independently tested to perform up to 6,500 liters (1,720 gallons) or 120 days, depending on source water quality, the system delivers consistent microbial filtration efficiency over time.
CE marked, the Inline PureFlow incorporates a 0.08 µm ultrafiltration membrane tested and certified to achieve 99.999999% (Log 8) bacterial reduction, including Legionella pneumophila and other waterborne bacteria.

3 Different models:

  1. Blue - Anti-Bacteria, Hollow-fiber filter

  2. Red - Sediment filter.

  3. Green - Active Carbon filter (GAC - Granular Activated Carbon)

Blue - Anti-Bacteria, Hollow-fiber filter

The Inline PureFlow system is a high-efficiency microfiltration unit (99.999999%) designed to reduce bacterial contamination in water, including Legionella pneumophila and other waterborne bacteria. It can be installed under the sink or at the main water entry point in commercial, institutional, or multi-unit buildings.

Product Applications:

The Inline PureFlow system is available in several tailored configurations to meet diverse application needs:

  • Standard Version – Suitable for private residences, hotels, sports facilities, restaurants, and general commercial use.

  • Specialized Version – Developed for use in health-related environments such as dental clinics and outpatient care centers, under regional regulations.*

  • Portable Version – Ideal for deployment in field operations, including humanitarian aid, base camps, emergency response units, military use, and civil protection scenarios.

Red - Sediment Strainer filter

The sediment strainer filter is a critical pre-filtration unit engineered to remove larger particles from water, thereby protecting and extending the lifespan of downstream filtration systems such as hollow fiber membranes. It features a robust Polysulfone membrane with a standard pore size of 20 µm, with available options for 10 µm and 5 µm configurations.

Applications:

The For-Filter is a versatile solution suitable for industrial, institutional, and residential use, particularly in shower systems. It is designed to be installed before flexible piping, as shown in the installation guide, or positioned upstream of an inline filtration system to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Green - Active Carbon filter

The Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filter is a highly effective solution for improving water quality by removing a wide range of chemical contaminants. It specializes in adsorbing organic compounds that cause unpleasant tastes, odors, and discoloration in water. One of its key functions is the reduction of chlorine, commonly used in municipal water treatment but known for leaving a strong aftertaste. The filter is also effective in eliminating hydrogen sulfide, which produces a noticeable “rotten egg” smell. GAC filters are used in both residential and commercial applications, either as stand-alone units or as part of multi-stage systems. With high adsorption capacity and reliable performance, the GAC filter is ideal for enhancing water’s sensory quality, making it safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable for everyday use.

Filter technology - Enhancing Water Purity Through Advanced Science

Mentor Water Technologies products are engineered with a proactive approach to deliver advanced antimicrobial water purification. The 0.08-micron hollow fiber membrane physically blocks organisms larger than 0.08 microns, including bacteria and protozoa, ensuring high-efficiency microbial reduction.

Each system is constructed from high-grade ABS materials enhanced with antimicrobial additive technology, which inhibits microbial growth on product surfaces and supports long-term system hygiene.

Our objective is to deliver improved water quality through advanced hollow fiber membrane filtration. Each unit is tested to provide up to 6,500 liters (1,720 gallons) of effective performance, depending on the source water quality, making it well-suited for hygiene-sensitive environments and continuous-use settings.
